Let's Step Dance! (2028)

When you move your leg right and left by stepping forward, other body muscles follow for dancing. So, if you step forward and make your waist down for squatting position, yo have the harder chance of balancing and soon your legs get tired. Thus, body building is healthy without a machine. This dancing helps to balance your weight and stomach size down. You can dance at least 4 to 5 hours a day.
